Yes—and here's why. Without clarity on what's actually working (and what isn't), we're just guessing. The Marketing Plan gives us a proper foundation to work from, so every hour we spend together after that is focused on the right things.

Think of it like this: would you hire a builder without plans? Same principle.

It depends on what you're implementing and how hands-on you want me to be.

Most clients book 1-4 hours per month—enough for regular check-ins, campaign reviews, and strategic guidance. Some months you might need more (launch periods, big projects). Some months you might need less or none at all.

You're in control. There's no minimum or maximum.

Hourly. You only pay for the time you actually use. Most clients book a block of hours at the start of each month (e.g., 6 hours), then we work through them as needed.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you decide ongoing support isn't working for you, just let me know—no questions asked, no hard feelings.

Yes—we can split it into two payments (50% upfront, 50% on delivery). Just ask when booking.

That's fine—and actually quite common. I'll review what's been done, see what we can use, and help you move forward without starting from scratch. Your Marketing Plan will build on what's already there, not throw it all away.

Yes! Most of my work is done remotely via Zoom, so location doesn't matter. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.

I also run Pink Elephant Media, a 5 star google rated digital agency that handles websites, SEO, and technical implementation. If you need those services, we can coordinate everything—or I can recommend trusted partners who I know will do the job properly.
