As the founder of HM Consultancy and Pink Elephant Media, I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping business owners cut through marketing chaos and turn it into something that works.

At 23, I started my first business selling women's boots in different calf fittings—solving a problem most retailers ignored. What began as a scrappy startup grew into an eCommerce brand stocked by JD Williams, Freemans catalogue, and 100+ independent retailers across the UK.

I built it while raising young kids, learning the hard (and expensive) way that bad marketing decisions cost real money. But I figured it out. And eventually, I sold it.

That journey taught me something crucial: most businesses don't fail because of their product or service. They fail because their marketing is a mess.

👉 Everyone was doing marketing. Almost nobody had a STRATEGY so they were not getting results.
